Instead of reinventing the logo and message every 3 years we see the brand constantly morphing to keep up with a contemporary market. That way we don’t have to redo every memo and masthead across 3 offices and 30 personnel.

The website for EJ is a living breathing tool for the business. Instead of an historical archive of projects and architectural shapes the website changes daily to house the messaging to our client base and our followers. The sense of thought leadership and the pattern of care is delivered by our consistent and clever use of MailChimp. With all of its analytics and reporting.

One of the most useful ways of engagement for EJ has been its unique offering of events. These are held on a quarterly basis, with carefully selected speakers, good discussion and documentation post-event. The layers of contact and the use of database to manage relationship means that we have a good sense of client value.

As well as marketing and facing our clients EJ are extremely aware of their workforce, their family. With this in mind a consistent range of events is prepared for the year ahead, so that everyone is on track when it comes to their roll and the future business of EJ.
