Established in 1980, Peter Fitzgerald Real Estate (PFRE) had a rich history serving the Illawarra region. Director, Jason Hines, started in 1995 working with Peter, or Fitzy as many called him, learning the ins and outs of the Wollongong's real estate industry.
Jason Hines engaged Beans to prepare a brand strategy, and develop a clear way forward for the future of the iconic local real estate brand.
Peter and Jason were old school in their approach to business and operated under the motto “a handshake is good enough for me”.
This remains a guiding principle as the business moves into its fifth decade serving the Illawarra.
In 2023, Jason decided it was time to take the next step in defining his business’ future.
Jason wanted to reshape the agency's identity to create a timeless, premium brand that will carry into the next generation. At the same time, this new identity had to maintain the goodwill and legacy that took decades to build.
